Processing Time

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment from Monday to Friday and are shipped via USPS, UPS or another reliable carrier with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS or another method, you will have the option to select the speed and courrier service during the checkout process. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Discreet Brown-Box Shipping

You can shop with confidentiality and feel comfortable knowing that your order will be shipped discretely in a plain brown box.

International - Canada

Government taxes/duties are not included in international shipping charges to Canada, there may be Customs delays also varying delivery time.

International - Other

UPS Standard Shipping – Starts at a low cost of $49.95 (USD) for most countries

-Estimated shipping time (2 to 5 business days)

Government taxes/duties are not included in international shipping charges. Some International rates vary by country; you can see the rates during the checkout process or in the shopping cart. There is also a possible UPS Customs handling fee on International orders, you would have to contact UPS since it varies from country to country.



Can I track my order?

We provide a tracking number for most domestic order; however some order will not have a tracking number. Canadian orders are not issued with a tracking number and Customs delays can occur on orders going into Canada. All other international orders are provided with a tracking number.



Backorder Items Shipping

If one or more of your items are backordered, they will be shipped separately on a later date via standard shipping. If an item becomes backordered, we will notify you of the status. We will not charge you extra to ship a backordered item; however there might be a two week waiting period while you get the items back in stock.



Returns


Hussytoys return policy.

Damaged and defective products can be returned or exchanged for store credit.
-Shipping charges for returns or exchanges of unwanted items cannot be refunded.
-Liquid products (oils, lubes, toy cleaners, bath and body products), lingerie and batteries cannot be returned or exchanged.


-For all orders returns or exchanges, please allow up to 4 weeks to receive your replacement item(s) or store credit.



How to Return an Item

You will need to print out and complete Our Returns Request Form, include your order number and reason why you are returning the product(s). All product return needs to be shipped to our international distribution center for processing.
