Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
- Due to the intimate nature of our products, certain items (e.g., opened or used vacuum pumps and suction toys) cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at the Customer Service Page to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
- Receive Authorization: Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to proceed.
- Ship the Item: Carefully pack the item, including all original packaging and accessories. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
